• You are remodeling or flipping a home and need a professional to review architectural plans and flow of the space before walls are framed and things are built according to plan

• You need ongoing design support from a professional on an as-needed basis

• Interior and Exterior paint color selections for an entire home

• Space planning and furniture layouts if you’re making a change in residence or just want to see if your furniture will work within the new space.

• Reviewing tile and material selections to have a professional confirm selections

• Styling strategies for updating a room, fireplace, bookshelves, or holiday tablescape.

• Working with an expert to select the new window treatments that will work best for your home.

• Selecting new light fixtures to help you see your home in a brand new light.

• Review floorpans and elevations provided by others

• Site meetings to review progress with Client undergoing their own DIY project

• Consultations with Realtors and their Clients to discuss the potential of the home before purchasing

SErVICE INCLUDES:

• In-person design short term consulting support from on a retainer basis

• As-needed expert guidance, information, ideas, and support

Does not include:

• Kitchen or Bath Design Plan (offerings are available for K&B Design HERE)

• Follow-up support questions via phone calls, texts, and/or emails

• Time expended by us outside of our scheduled in-person meetings

Design fee must be used within a 90-day period. If you have time remaining after the 90-day period, time will expire and be voided. There will be no refunds for unused time.

NOTE: Designer By Your Side is not an immediate help service or call-line. All meetings must be scheduled in advance during regular office hours (Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00 PM / Saturday and Sunday Closed).

Must purchase a minimum of 3 hours. Custom designer fees are available.

Building a new home can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be! Let me take the stress out of selections and make sure you love every aspect of your new build or remodel. I can collaborate with you to develop a custom package that will include paint color selection, flooring selection, cabinets and counter tops, kitchen and bath fixtures, create a lighting, and guide electrical. The Designer for the day service is all about giving you the confidence to make the best decisions so you can love your new or updated home.

• Flooring Selection: Carpet, Hardwood, Tile

• Floor Tile, Backsplash & Grout recommendations

• Kitchen Selections: Choose materials for Countertops, Cabinet Finish/Color, Backsplash, Style of Hardware

• Electrical: Decide where to place electrical outlets for lighting fixtures, recessed, feature lighting and more
