Her love for design is backed by over a decade of hands-on experience in the home furnishings industry and as the owner of an award-winning design showroom. This, combined with her successful career in real estate, gives her a holistic perspective on what makes a home truly special. Kim Channey

Kim Channey believes our homes should be our sanctuaries—spaces that not only captivate the eye but also actively support our well-being. This thoughtful design philosophy was cultivated over eight years of successfully leading her own interior design firm in the Midwest, where she helped countless clients create homes that fostered comfort, clarity, and connection.

What makes her approach so powerful today is her dual role as our Chief Operating Officer. Her hands-on experience running a firm gives her an unmatched understanding of the structure, systems, and logistical oversight essential to transforming a creative vision into a tangible reality.

Whether he's loading up for a full-home staging or helping our design team prep for a turnkey install, Lewis brings an unmatched level of care, strength, and precision to every project. With a calm demeanor and a work ethic our entire team counts on, Lewis ensures that our homes not only look polished—but feel like home the moment you walk in. Gianna Shipp: Sourcing Specialist

Gianna combines her passion for design with practical solutions to create beautiful and functional spaces. As the Sourcing Specialist for Studio 444 Designs, she plays a key behind-the-scenes role in ensuring that every design project runs smoothly from concept to installation.

Gianna handles vendor communication, product research, and logistical planning for our team. Whether she’s tracking down a custom light fixture or coordinating complex furniture deliveries, she brings organization, efficiency, and creativity to the process.
